OK everyone, with just a bit over a week until our next meeting, we need to decide on a location.
There is a burger joint off of 35 and Toepperwein where the hotrodders go on Friday nites called Biff Buzby's. they have a party room and lots of room to park. OR, there is another longhorn cafe off of pat booker road, OR Fuddruckers off of Broadway near 410 or, there is a little cafe style place called checkers off of nacogdoches near O'Connor.

Just three ideas

Where is fuddruckers? I apologize just not too familiar with the north/east parts of San Antonio. I would be coming from Sea World area.... 7pm at fuddruckers??

I believe the Fudruckers being referred to is the location near the airport outside loop 410 just off of Broadway on Botts Lane. It is easy to find on Mapquest using the street address from their website - 8602 Botts Lane, San Antonio, TX 78217, (210) 824-6703. Someone correct me if I have the wrong one.

So assuming that's been decided for the venue - it would be 7pm on Thursday, Feb 3 - is this correct?

I have a work commitment in Austin that day and hope to be back in time to head straight over there. I look forward to meeting most of you for the first time. Hopefully there is a good turnout.

Sorry about not showing up. My helper had my service truck and is suppost to only drive to his house and back to work in it but he decided he needed something from Valero. Well... on his way to the store, he hit something and the tie rod end fell off. I had to get a wrecker to tow it 10 miles because the store wouldnt let me leave it there overnight. Anyhow, by the time it was at my mechanics shop it was 9 pm.
