For future reference this is THE spot to snag. Shortly after this picture was taken Jeff had the great idea to open up those umbrellas and we had shade the whole day and by noon the sun was over the edge of the building. Plus a block around the corner on 4th St there was plenty of parking. If we get this kind of turn out next year we should bring the CLCC banner.
