I have read quite a few threads on this subject but nothing with this exact problem that I could find. Passenger side rear blinker in blinking fast and I have nothing in the front. No blinker, No Haz. I have an ARB bumper with the lights wired. I have had zero problems with those bumper blinkers for the 8 years that I have owner it, so that isn't the problem. With the Hazards on I get the normal speed blink at the passenger rear, but still nothing in the front. Drivers side is perfect. Fuses are all good. Socket in the front is dead. No voltage. All wiring in the back of the rig on top of the spare looks perfect and undamaged. No LED bulbs anywhere.

Tow wiring is OEM 4 Flat that disappears into the body in front of the passenger taillight.

This seems like a relay issue to me, but I can't find the relay. Looks like there is a RH and LH signal relay. Is that correct?

My LC is a 93 base model RHD.

Thanks in advance for any advice on this.

X2 on checking the bulbs. I thought that’s what the fast flashing indicates. If not the flasher really is in the drivers side kick panel easy to swap out.

The fast blinking isn't the problem; the problem is no right front blinker/hazard. Get power back to that dead front socket and the blinking speed will go back to normal.
