Fair price on this 82? Anyone know the restorer...

Ive been contemplating buying this rig, but wanted to make sure I was assessing fair market of this rig correctly, and wanted to know if anyone knew this guys work. I've seen him selling rigs on ebay pretty regularly. Any help is appreciated guys. I was thinking mid 30's on it was fair. Opinions?

Looks like a nice rig.

For an "always been a California" vehicle, I would ask him why it has Montana plates.

Good eye, the restorer is in Montana, so he bought a CA vehicle, shipped to Montana to restore, and resold to a CA buyer. These pics are from when the restorer originally sold the vehicle to the current seller in CA. The current owner asked the restorer to sell it for him, just wasnt driving it.

He is, name is peter in Montana. I've seen some of his work before, looks nice IMO. Thought people might know him here. Anyone?? Any comments on valuation?
