Faint "pop" when driving (1 Viewer)

Gents,
My slightly lifted 2019 (on factory UCAs) has a faint pop when turning. I think it might be a slight rub from the tire on the wheel lining, but could it be anything else? The pop seems to occur in conjunction with the wheel spinning (i.e. it has a rhythm depending upon speed).

What size tires and wheel offset (spacers?) are you running? Initial place i'd start is tire rub, check for any polish marks where the tire would have contacted the fender liner and/or mud flap.

I know I do get a rub when I make a hard turn in reverse. I wonder if at slow speeds it’s grabbing the lip of the fender liner and making that sound.

Fender liner rubbing sounds like you're slapping plastic.

Do you get the pop turning both directions or just one? Is it only at full lock left or right (or both) or is it happening mid-way through the turn?

It’s kind of all over the place. It’s not on full lock, and I only notice it when the wheel is turned to the right while backing up

Those were the conditions where I used to get some noise, with 2.5" or so lift, BFG KO2 33s on Spidertrax 1.25" spacers. Some heat and fender adjustment helped. Cutting the bottom of the liner out for a front bumper fixed it permanently.

Actually the best way to figure out where you're rubbing is to get the wheel wells really dirty, then drive a bit around town, and then once you stop go look in the wheel well areas to see which spots are shiny

Not sure your tire size but the most common places you'll rub are the bottom of the front fender liner and the area around the mud flaps.
