Trying to order a pair of 80 series ones right now....

This is without being logged into my PayPal account. If I log in, I'm getting this:
"We're sorry
Things don't appear to be working right now."
As I'm in Australia, is there a work-around for this? Maybe it's a 'setting' that needs to be changed to permit purchasing by someone not in the USA?
