Hi after 3 months using my shocks in the backs, they are again leaking oil. I am travelling with a heavy BJ 75 through southamerica. There are few Ironman-dealers here. Who has some experience with the foam cell shocks on gravelroads and offroad with a heavy car (3500 kg).

I cant find OME here or other "famous" brands.

Thanks for your help.

Let me know when/if you get to Peru. We can source the parts here, OME, IronMan, ProComp... you name it.

I have the Foam Cell Ironman shocks on my 80 and I drive on ALOT of dirt roads. I can honestly say I am constantly unimpressed by the stiff ride, although that may be the Springs contributing to the stiffness. They are the Ironman equivalent of OME Medium springs. I have also noticed that after only 4 months on the truck the shocks have already rusted to hell, not sure if that is typical but it does not leave an impression of great craftsmanship. That is my review...lets hear another.
