Just poking around underneath and saw the crack in the muffler with white powder around the edge. Never seen before, anything to worry about? No leaks.

Your muffler is blown out. I'm not sure what the powder is - the OEM Lexus muffler is chambered inside. Perhaps the remains of a past repair? Regardless, you should get a new muffler as that will continue to get worse (e.g., loud with leaking exhaust gasses). A muffler shop could fix it easily with a generic aftermarket muffler.

Depending upon your preferences, you may want to replace with a throatier sounding muffler that gain you 1 or 2 horsepower, maybe a little more if apply the vinyl sticker they usually come with. But you'll sound good coming down the road!

Or go quiet like me so as to not disturb The wildlife going up and down mountain trails. 😆

Truthfully, that,☝️, is my preference, hence never upgrading my exhaust. If anything, I down graded by removing the resonator, but that doesn't affect the noise level at all.

I thoroughly enjoy the rumble of my V8, every time I drive my GX :). It's not super loud, but sounds great. A Dirty Deeds exhaust is the way to go for one of these.
