Escape Gear Dash Protectors?

I have a 1995 KZJ78 and I don't know if the Escape Gear dash protector will fit my rig. (Im new to land cruisers and did not realize that my "J78" is not the same as a 78 series cruiser lol.

If the Escape Gear protector does not fit, can anybody recommend one that does? Im specifically looking for one made of a canvas type material and not "carpet" material a lot of dash protectors are usually made from.

This may put me in the minority but unlike the Escape Gear seat covers, I find their dash cover to be too much for the dash with all the pockets and stuff (I used one for a short time). Like baggy cargo pants/shorts with pockets you never use which is why I don't wear those.

Escape Gear products overall are top notch though.

Send their US reseller Equipt1 an email. They were pretty good at middleman communicating when I had questions. Sent pictures and dimensions for headrest and dash info. Alls well. Products were dropped shipped from SA to the US so likely no issue sending SA to Japan.

Agree with the cargo pockets comparison. Lots of tater tot space. Add some white New Balance shoes and a discussion about lawn care and they'd be a middle aged dad.

Unfortunately the KZJ7x series have a unique contoured, padded dash unlike any other 70-series, so finding a dash cover off the shelf might be difficult. I have had carpet dash covers in a couple of different vehicles and really like them, still wanting to get one for my LJ78 but that is fairly low on the priority list right now. I can see the benefit of having some pocket storage on the dash, but it just looks too cluttered for my taste.
