I went with the Pontiac GTP hood vents, used this guys thread as a basis for my project. My 80 often idles for long periods of time on the trail and and I wanted a better way to vent the temps under the hood and these served the purpose and almost look like they could be factory. Last time we measured the temps while on the trail it dropped the temps under the hood 13 degrees with the GTP vents and another member with the runcool louvers was 18 degrees lower than a factory 80 with no vents. It was more of a project than I planned for but like most projects I went off and did a lot more than planned basically took the whole frontend sheet metal off did some undercoating painting and fixed a leak on pass pillar. A tree limb tore the rivets of the snorkel mount on the pillar so I put rivnuts and a lot of silicone to seal and sturdy it up
