So...I replaced the fuel pump on the 2007 LC and it continues to not start randomly. Any ideas?
Possibly fuel filter, when was the last time that was replaced? How about your fuel tank - intermittent stalling/not starting on a 06/07 just like what happened to me (stalling to be specific) was caused by fuel in the tank boiling during peak summer 110°F heat here in Las Vegas aka fuel vapor lock. Solution to my problem was to mitigate that heat, soI insulated the tank bottom and side next to the exhaust pipe with industrial grade single sided adhesive insulation pads. Never had the same issue since.

Why does it still stall/not starting? - could be all related to one thing: hot fuel, pump overheating and not adequately moving the liquid from tank to fuel filter to injectors to combustion chamber.

We also have to understand that it’s not just the outside air temperature contributing to fuel boiling: it’s how hot the road gets which gets reflected to our car’s underside. Here it can go up north of 120°F + exhaust pipe (which sits just a few inches away from the gas tank) temperatures not to mention it gets hotter when going uphill + steel gas tank construction (and we all know steel is a very effective conductor of heat). These are the basic contributing factors of our 100/200 series stalling/not starting issues during this time of the year.

Hold on OP, now your LC doesn't start after it's sits? Ie cold starts? Interested in knowing the real cause. Good luck.
