Emissions help (late 2F)

the EGR parameters for and late 2F. I am trying to fiddle with the EGR settings on my 2FTBI. I would like to know what affects the EGR (speed, vacuum, temp etc..). The GM ecm looks at coolant temp, MAP (manifold vacuum), speed and throttle position. All I have so far is that it should turn on around 64 deg C.

If all else fails, I could get an emissions manual, but I thought I would check here first.

OLY - There is a manual supplement that deals specicifcally with the emissions on the 2F. Available from your Toyota dealer. I spent about two days lookin' at this data before the light started to glow - but dimly.
