HJ60 24v adding a 12v circuit block that also has relays (Bussman-see photos).
I believe I bought it from someone on MUD building these out and selling-about 10 years ago…nearing the end of this restoration/build and don’t recall a few details;
It has 5-fused circuits and 5-relay circuits.

I understand the fused circuits wiring..but have doubts about the relay circuits that have a light wire and heavy gauge wire for each relay.

?-1) what accessory types do I use a relay type circuit for?

?-2) relay 2-wire; small wire to switch?-large wire to equipment to be turned on related to that switch? …..if so is that like seat heaters or?

I hope this makes sense; Thankyou ahead of time!!

1. Use relays where the load you're switching is more than a few amps (10A is at the upper limit of my comfort level for a toggle switch).

2. Yes, small wire switches the relay "on/off" and the thicker wire carries the current for the load. This could be high current loads like spotlights, seat heaters etc.
