Guys, please LMK what's up...

Your stuff will not be released until we get this taken care of... PM's have been sent, I don't understand what is taking so long.

Please PM me back when you get a chance, my money is on the line for your stuff.

Thanks!

The proverbial torch has been passed to me. I will be contacting ARB monday March 26th to set times and dates for getting your items shipped.

More to come shortly..

I've tried a couple of times to PM you - no answer. I'm concerned about shipping cost and timing for these reasons:

I have family and friends in the Puget Sound area and I think I can convince one of them to pick up my top and doors for me. That would save me another hundred plus dollars in shipping and I can use that money.

But, I am leaving for Mexico next Tuesday for 5 weeks and I'll be out of contact. Don't want you to think I disappeared, just wondering what you think my options might be.

thanks,
theo

Rodney, I don't know if you have been able to talk to TR yet (he is at EJS in Moab this week), but the bill for the broker's fee is $600 dollars.

Since we had 24 orders packed up (v. 22), we should apply those those last two payments to the broker's fee, then divide the balance remaining by 24 so everyone is still in evenly.

It should work out to be about $14 a piece, TR should be able to invoice everyone separately.

Currently, they have mistakenly billed Toyota of Dallas for the broker's fee.

I have 0 PMs from you. bull at toymoco.com is my e-mail address. If needed I can cover your shipping until you get back.

Our contact at ARB is away at EJS in moab. So this week looks shot. I have left a voice mail and sent a e-mail also. The second I talk with them I will post up here.

Strange. Oh well. I'll send an email. Thanks for taking this on for us. t

Talked with ARB this morning. We are going to meet this week to break open the crates and and verify everything. It is our goal to get them in transit or ready to pick up by end of day Friday.

Went to ARB tonight. There were 3 crates filled to the brim with pakistani goodness. Everything was wrapped and sealed air tight very nicely. There were several tops, bows, and doors opened by US customs though. The bastards even left a boot print on my very own top and didn't put things back in order. So TR and I had to sort 3 sets of bows and triple check everything to make sure they were correct. Photos below

All original orders have been accounted for. One add on order is not accounted for due to not a single piece of it was found in the 3 crates. There were also 2 top color mistakes that Eshan will have to handle. One was that a black top was ordered, but what was shipped was a complete white top. Also an add on order top that was order as green was shipped gray. Eshan will have to chime in on to their color mishap and the location of the add on order after reading my mail.

The fun part. We owe for the brokerage as a group, then you will owe for shipping to your place from ARB. I have removed the missing add on order from this, so now their is only 23 orders. TR has graciously said he will get each item packed and ready to go. You must pay for brokerage and shipping before your items will ship.

Brokerage Fee: $617.00 divided by 23 orders = $26.83 per person.

So you owe $26.83 payable to me via http://paypal.com (sales@bullsac.com) Please note if you are picking it up at ARB you STILL need to pay the brokerage fee before they will release it.

To get your shipping total you will have to e-mail or call TR Burris at ARB. TRB@ARBUSA.com and give him your info. They take credit cards.

Please let me know if you have any questions. bull@toymoco.com
