What year? Several EWDs are in the Resources section and all of them have complete ECM pinouts; the data is also in the engine section of the FSM. I assume you're asking about the gasoline engine.

If you don't find what you need, let me know which year you need and I'll post that one for you.

You'll have to search the pdfs (CTRL + F) for the "ECM terminal": you'll get something like this (this is the 2000 FSM):

Then pick from the categories on the left menu:

There are resources you also might find helpful in the 80 series area, namely Wiring Harness Repair Manual and Connector Housing Data. Lots of useful how-to docs in there, too.

Thank you verry much! Can you please help me any futher? I'm not able to find all the numbers of the connector in the diagram. Am i reading it wrong or do i need to look in more places?

So, the way Toyota arranged the workshop manuals is to place all the information needed for a SPECIFIC task together. Hence there is no comprehensive diagram such as the one I posted above, unfortunately. You have two choices if you want to see them all (which is a possibility, if you're looking at a given ECM connector and don't know where the terminals are connected on the other end):

1) Look at the ECM diagram in the overall EWD. This page has a block diagram of the entire ECM pinouts. The problem with this page is that you won't get any of the troubleshooting information, such as that shown on the sample page above. Use the search (CTRL +F) function to find the ECM in the EWD. Don't try to thumb your way through the pages; unless you just have nothing better to do with your life.

2) Find all the upstream/downstream ECM sensors/actuators and look for them in the FSM troubleshooting section (it's the section with the DI-xxx page numbers). Again, use the search function; it's your friend. Once you have all these pages tagged, you have a complete picture of the ECM, all the terminal data for troubleshooting, and the specific troubleshooting guide for every item connected to the ECM.
I would use the PDF bookmark feature if I was doing this. It's much easier to thumb your way through a large document with the sidebar open to the bookmarks. I'm a certified Luddite; I would rather have several books open in front of me than one large electronic file, but this is what we have and we have to work with what we've got.

It's unlikely that you need to go to the trouble of fully mapping option 2) above, unless you're trying to reverse engineer the ECM, but you may have to go through a lot of the subsystems and their components to find what you need, if you have several problems to solve at the same time.

I know that's likely not what you want to hear, so after you give it a shot, if you still need help, yell and I'll do what I can to help you. Best to keep all the conversations on this thread, that way everyone can benefit from the effort.

FWIW, you'll need the full version of Adobe, or whatever free program you're using, to make the most of the bookmark feature, but search works at any level.
