I have a parasitic draw on my 1999 lX470, I have narrowed it down to ECU B1 and Power fuse. Im at 450 ma with both fuses in place, when I pull the ECU B1 fuse, it drops to 350ma and when I pull the Power 40amp fuse on drivers kick panel I drop to 30ma. My question is, can the power window relay that is behind the kick panel box be faulty and causing this? Any help would be appreciated.
ECU B1 controls : Power door lock control system, power windows, rear window wiper and illuminated entry
Power fuse #32 : Power window, moon roof, power seat, power door lock control systems
