East Coast Pig Run '07

Seeing the west coast hype I wanted to inform everyone about the ECPR '07 to be held August 3rd and 4th at Rausch Creek Offroad park near Joliett and Tower City in eastern PA.

This is an open run for everyone... Sat AM will be the official/unofficial Pig Run
Last year it was covered in TT and we had over 20 rigs total and a dozen 55's! Pretty good IMHO

07 pig run

For sure I'll be there for this year's run..........we've progressed from five pigs four years ago to the ten or so we had last year. Might see that number increase this year, too........ The pig run is a casual event that has been nothing but fun from the very beginning.

With Paragon closed I've been thinking about putting on a day's wheeling from my house the day before the actual pig run starts. Gotta see what shakes down in the next two months, though as some trails that I've been running for years have rcently been closed due to a rejuvenation of the anthracite coal industry. High gas prices make for high coal prices and high coal prices mean increased coal mining activity.

You would certainly win the Iron A$$ award I once travelled 22 hours round trip for a pig run

It's on the calendar, if I can get the pig in a place where I feel like it can make the trip, I'm there. (400 miles each way for me)

Maybe Will can join us. A 3 pig caravan, what a sight that would be.
