Says the guy who backed out on an epic trip....

My roll cage is still not back from paint yet. I would have been in big trouble if I would've come. I know I missed out, but it was for the better in this case. I will not miss another one.

I don't have a very good camera either, but it's better than no pics.

You can get a pretty great camera for about $100 nowadays.

there was some serious on-trail drinking going on in the Jeep run ahead of us. I was glad to pass them by.

How many rigs?
What type?
Where were they from?
Any club logos on their rigs?

Too late to have them cited, but we like to be informed. Our rangers do patrol the trail and would cite them, but the odds of happening along when this is going on isn't good with over 60 miles of OHV trails in the district.

greats pics .. but I'm still waiting for those chick pics .. you mention chicks didn't you ? ;)

You guys were using just one batt to do the welding stuff .?

The ranger didn't hear anything about a life flight out of Ershim.

He says they will fix the open/closed sign at White Bark Vista.

We might be closing the toilet at Thompson because it's filled up to the top of the floor. Letting it fill up any more will make the task of moving it very unpleasant. The reason it filled up so quickly is over the winter a marmot pushed decomposed granite into the hole. We will dig a new hole and move it as soon as we can.
