I saw these in person on a Jeep Wrangler the other day in a parking lot and they are a nice looking all around tire. Keep us posted on how they work in the snow. I think these will be the tires I will run on my FJ79 project when it is closer to being completed.
those look good. whered you get em at and what cost? im thinking i might run these in a 17 for snow tires as it looks to be a nasty one this year...and these look to fit the bill perfectly. nice looking tread...
Believe it or not, I got the tires from MSA Ford here in Abby. I have a friend at work who is buddies with one of the parts guys. MSA has a big tire sale every October. I paid $1009 all in inc. mount and balance. I should also be getting $80 shortly from the Goodyear mail in rebate! For Canada, I'm pretty dang pleased with that price!
I can't wait to try these tires in the snow. I hear they are awesome.
The Goodyear Territory was on sale at Crappy Tire not that long ago...don't know if they stock anything larger than 31", but maybe they could have special ordered?
I've been running the Duratrac in the 285 16 size for a year now. Put about 2500 miles on them to date. It is an excellent snow tire (far better than the last two sets of BFG Radial AT's), and pretty quiet for the type of tire that it is. I will sell this set to go up to the 35 inch size now that my lift is on, but will most likely replace these with another set of duratracs.
I've had my 315/75/R16's since last spring. They're great! I did rip a large hole in one the other weekend, but Fountain Tire was great to me and replaced it under warrenty.
Funny thing - my rims are OEM painted black, and I'm going to pay to have them bead blasted back to the silver, then have to clear coat them myself. Located in Victoria

True- and it's sad, but I took a new job earlier this year, haven't had time off, and I have put a lot more miles on rental cars in other states than I have on my own four vehicles here in northern VA. Either way, the Duratracs still kick serious *ss on the snow and ice.
My wife's LX has had the DT's on it for about a week and I'm still shocked at how quiet they are. Tomorrow I'm driving down to ARB to pick up the lift for my '97 and will be ordering another set of DT's for it too.
if you want to grab an arb, this is the way to go. i got one through trdparts4u.com, and just picked it up direct from arb. nice drive to auburn, and with our dollar at pretty much par you save a ton + no shipping.
