Putting NICs headlights with LED turn signals in the front, and LED turn/stoplights in the rear. Do I need multiple LED capable flashers? Or can I run all four turn signals on one flasher?

one flasher should be all you need
you'll have to upgrade to an electronic flasher, yes.
Standard bulbs looks better than LED's, don't like the Dalek look with LED's
