I saw one on the Ferry about seven years ago. An old German couple were touring the world in it. That's what sold me on an 80.

It was posted in the Expedition section last week. Not my favorite expo vehicile. A 4x4 Fuso or a Hino converted to 4x4 would make a better long term/range platform. The Aussies also have much nicer 6x6 conversions of their 80s with a lower center of gravity.
