Greetings, just recently took ownership of a 2018 VX LC200 V8 Diesel in Glacier White, last car was a 2013 Mercedes Benz Viano.
Have a few plans for mods as I can't do stock ... I love different.
So here she is...

1st Mod, wheels, bye bye stock wheels, I've retained the tires that came with the stock wheels as they were brand new, Falken Wildpeak All Terrain 285/60/18.
I went with some Lenso Jager Marvin 18 x 9 wheels

We have been in Covid lockdown in NSW for the last 13 weeks, the car was purchased the week before lockdown, so was very lucky. Also stock of wheels is becoming very hard to come by, I hunted some down in Melbourne which were the last set left in Australia and had them shipped within 7 days.
Had them fitted and balanced the next day.

I took my roof racks off my Mercedes Benz prior to trade in as the arms were the same fit for the 200.
Purchased smaller rhino rack cross bars and fitted them.

Next up was removal of the 6th and 7th seat, my kids are teenagers and will be driving very soon, also need the boot space for my job, sales rep road warrior.
Purchased a boot liner from Autobarn and cut to size for the boot shape, may buy a Toyota genuine one very soon however this one is holding up well.

Next mod is a Ultimate 9 - Throttle Controller EVC. 5 minute install and instant results, like to have it set on ultimate mode 1-3, 9 for highway driving and towing.
You basically unplug your throttle cable and piggy back their plug back into the throttle.

My OCD kicked in on the EVC (Electric Vehicle Control) color so I purchased the black cover, bit more stealth too, all for $7.95

I've also ordered and paid for a Manta DPF back double 3" into single 4" exhaust, being a recent build plate they have a DPF fitted which restricts the power and noise, should be able to hear a little bit more noise from the V8 as I put my foot down.
4-6 week wait on this.
Simple bolt on using the same factory hangers.

That's all for now while I wait for the exhaust, next purchase will be Apple Car Play module plugging it into to existing system.
