Okay... Here it is. Finally. Great job Sean. Minor issues but nothing a little effort couldn't fix. But note, the issues weren't just with the bumper. The replaced corner gusset frame members don't have access holes for the center two supports from the back. (did that make any sense?) Well, it's on. It's powder coated as well as the new cross member.

Bump, I have changed the lower tube from 2x2 3/16" to 2x2 1/4" to beef them up a bit.

Just wanted to thank you again for a great product and deal on the swingout tire carrier. I haven't installed it on my 40 yet but did tape everything off and paint it. The craftsmanship is amazing. I can definitely tell that your family has been in the fab biz for a long time. I hope the top is working well for you.

Ill post some pics once I get my truck back from the paint shop but here are some painted pics as well as new Jerry Cans in the carrier portion of the carrier.

That was the first one i made since i have redesigned the swingout stops to be part of the swingout and now when open there is nothing protruding upward.

You are right. I'll cut it down at some point. Glad to hear the design changed. Top quality build with that one issue.
