Marine applications and materials are solid. They always (almost) have an engine bank ind a 'house' bank. The more advanced systems use more automation, but in a vehicle, at least, you could easily get by with a single switch - a quality marine type switch - and run the vehicle systems off the bank one, and winch, fridge, etc. off bank two. The DC control panel is redundant to the system in your vehicle.

Any of those Marine systems seem to be beautifully simple and reliable. I was just going to use one of those Blue Sea solenoids to connect the two positive terminals together, truck on, batteries connected, truck off, batteries separate.

I went way more complicated though :rolleyes:
