I just finished installing ironman4x4 foamcell pro kit, 2" front, 1" rear. As you can see in the pictures, the drive shaft is out about an inch. Is there a way to mitigate this, like a longer driveshaft or a longer flange or a spacer or something? If this was discussed before, please point me to the right thread. A quick search yielded nothing.

Actually most of the clean area was there before the lift from normal cycling of the rear suspension. The rear driveline has plenty of length for your lift. Probably the only people that need to worry about this are doing true long travel suspension systems or moving the axle or drivetrain for some reason.

As per @bloc unlikely you need this, but a good driveline shop will have a length measurement guide if you really want to check. Example: Measuring Driveshafts Guide - Drivelines NW. I had to get mine redone after swapping the H55F into my 2FE FJ-62. It is not expensive. It can be done badly though so pick a specialty driveshaft shop, not a general one. Drivelines NW did mine and they were better than stock balanced - smooth as butter.
