Driver's Side wiper broken

My driver wiper isn't working. I took it apart and it's not stripped. The shaft isnt moving.

Anyone have a clue or a new link to the repair manual?

The plastic cowl cover at the base of the windshield is pretty easy to remove, you have to take off the side pieces then pop a few more (fragile) plastic fasteners and clips, then you can see everything, linkages and motor.

Ok fixed it by snapping the arm back on under the plastic cowl but I’m not confident it will hold. It was too easy to snap back on.
105.000 miles. Maybe this is a wear item??
