Driver door sag, anyone try these hinges?

Coincidently.... l've recently taken delivery of the bulkhead wiring harness grommets...l was initially wondering how l'd get the harness thro the grommet...after some exploring (trying to fix a wiper motor harness water leak) l began checking relays & noting part numbers, l noticed many of the wiring connections might go thro the grommet 1 at a time with persuasion on the door side.. l haven't tried it yet but l'll give it a go... starting on the passenger side (UK left)... if anyone's any tips (we newbies) would appreciate it....
I come from the FJ40 Romper Room (kids show when growing up here in the states) where everything is much easier and more accessible.

Seems like the vehicle side has to be the way to go but knowing these 60 series trucks, I’ll probably have to take the rear axle off to do this wiring job in the front door.

I’ve got to do it though, some hack in a previous life absolutely mangled the grommet installing an alarm system/key fob auto locking type thing. Hence, the Texas version of the river Thames funneling in when it rains.

Hopefully someone will chime in, I’ve researched it and only come up with “then I replaced the grommets”.

l way around it l suppose is.. if you're stuck & have spare grommets (just in case it doesn't work)... you could slice open 1 side of the grommet, put your wiring into a thin sleeve (say packaging plastic) put it within the grommet then super glue the grommet back together (let it dry) then put it in place with the glued seam on the least stressed side ..then tape the outer sheath of wiring where it exits....just a thought. If l was absolutely stuck thats what l'd do as a temporary measure.

That is not a bad idea actually.
I’d probably use RTV or rubberized epoxy to mend it back together but honestly I’m a little upset with myself that I didn’t at least consider this on my own.

l spent days trying to suss out how mine was doable... that thought came to mind after l looked at all the connections & their various sizes some would go thro the grommet others would need the wires separating from their plastic connectors & it would be a prolonged process routing each connections wiring then reattaching the plastic fitment on each...it would take forever & life's too short for somethings.
You probably got lost in the thought process of how the hell does it go together... don't beat yourself up we've all been there....
