Driver cannot operate passenger side windows? (3 Viewers)

The Driver control cannot operate passenger side windows?
The passengers can all operate their windows.
BUT
The driver can only operate the driver's window and the 2nd row window on the driver side.

Dead battery was just replaced.

Would someone know where to look for the issue?
Is there a fuse just for this?
