Door squeaks...never ending (1 Viewer)

I am very hesitant to even post this as i know it is a dumb thread but i cannot, for the life of me, figure out this noise coming from my rear doors. It is a squeaking sound coming from both rear doors. As it is no surprise, the worse the road, the wors the squeak. If i am on the outside and i push on the doors while they are close i can sumilate it a little. i have tried readjusting the catches/hooks for the doors and wd-40 some of the mechanisms. doesnt help. Does anyone else have this issue?

no, i only sprayed it as the latch sits....i didnt even think about taking all that stuff off....sounds like a pain, maybe i can kind some time and get around to doing that.

I have rattle. It was a PITA to find what it was.
It was the rear pass door door stop. The door stop would move up and down making a rattling sound.
I think the pin is worn or the door stop is worn where the pin slides into it.

It was hard to find as the noise would travel up the door. It would sound like it was from the top of the door. When I put my ear on the top of the door, I couldn't hear it.

I took a plyers and pinched the pin and door stop. It helped a little.

Mallor, are you talking about the very rear hatch? maybe i wasnt clear in my descritpion, sorry. But my squeak is coming from the rear passenger doors, although the sound doesnt move around, its in the latch somehow, i think

I've had a squeaky rattle that's driven me crazy coming from my DS rear door. I eventually figured out it was the switch, attatched to the body, that tells the vehicle when the door is open for both the interior lighting and dash "door-is-open" light.

By wiggling the switch around, I could never get it to exactly replicate the sound I was hearing when I was driving down the road. But, after I would mess with it, the sound would stop for a while.

I found my rattle by shaking the door stop (with the door open).THere is a little play in my doorstop.
