I searched, but did not find any answer.
Does the Sequoia use the same DC motors in their door lock actuators as the UZJ100 Land Cruisers?
I have a lazy actuator in the front passenger door. Sometimes it works on the third try, mostly not. Doesn't matter if you use the key fob or the switch on the door panel. It makes no difference whether you want to lock it to unlock it, same symptoms. All the other door locks work.
I replaced two motors on the '99 TLC I had for similar issue (usually heat related), but gave the left over motors to the new owner when I sold it.
Thanks.
