door hinge bolts driving me nuts

I have a door hinge bolt that's stuck half way in . Nut inside door is turning , any way to get this in or out

Yup, pics would help. Are you referring to the hinge plate that attaches to the outside of the door with 3 bolts? Or the hinge pin that slides through each hinge plate to attach the door to the body?

The three bolts on outside of door . The nuts are inside the door .

Remove the door card and use a pair of vise grips to hold the nut while you unscrew the bolt.
