door handle cross reference

Wondering if the 60 series door latch/ door handle cross references with any other toyota ? camry, cresida etc...
Anyone know ?

According to the OEM parts catalog, the door handle PN for 60 is only used on *J60, 1981-1989.

There might be an identical part with a different PN because it is a black finish instead of chrome. Don't have a good way to look that up.
