It was 10/81 with the door switch was added in some markets including the US. Seen Middle East FJ40 up to 84 that didn't have the door/off/on switch. So old style was used until the end of product in some markets.

Ah yes, I don’t know why I was thinking the change came earlier. I should have looked at our site (and that price is from the old site ). And you’re right, EPC shows it in some markets right til 1985.
