I've been battling this common problem for awhile (just pulled the fuse and lived with it....but my wife has to have her tunes), and stumbled into a fix. Turns out it was the lamp control relay. Easy to isolate (passenger footwell) and unplug/remove/replace(?). I wonder if another common problem: plugged sunroof drain leading to water in passenger foot-well, could have led to the corrosion seen in the relay? Dunno...food food for though, because that is another problem I was having.

How did you come to find this was your current draw?
Any specific symptoms? What was your troubleshooting process or, How could others identify it?

If the ignition key ring stays on, then you have identified the issue.

My key ring light was staying on but a simple door strike adjustment fixed the issue 😎

I looked at the info suggested in the many posts on this topic and figured it was easy to get to (and also sopping wet down there), so I unplugged it and my draw dropped down to 20 mA...yippee! I looked for a prolonged, lingering dim glow around the ignition, but never saw it. Now, my wife has her tunes and a dome light for nights...all is good in the world :)

FWIW, you can replace the zener diode in the relay and have it back to OEM condition.
