Does this look like a problem?

I was snapping pictures from underneath before taking the car to the dealer and as I loaded them on computer can see a leak developing. Should I be concerned?
This is 07 GX470 and it is still under warranty for drivetrain. Does warranty cover leaks? It it worth it to get it fixed or is it better to leave it alone? Am I overreacting?

I would have them check it. If it is wet I would have it resealed at the dealer (it is covered).
