I need to replace the bushings in my rear control arms/panhard and adjust the pinion angle.

Anybody have any experience with the Dobinsons part number mentioned above? The PN covers so many vehicles I guess I am a bit leery.

I tried the search, but didn't see anyone with Dobinsons experience. Looks like a good value if they're as nice as the front UCA.

Thanks,
Cole

No experience with Dobinsons but with the Trail-tailor double johnny type.

The adjustability was good to get the pinion angle and everything set up perfectly. Now I used a trick to keep the jam nuts from coming loose. The trick is after I had everything set, I used RED lock tight on the jam nuts. They are frozen in place. Also, I avoid unnecessary stretching poser shots per recommendation from the local 4X4 suspension experts.

That's a world I wouldn't want to live in

Lol, I like your avatar picture!

For anyone that reads this in the future: These do not currently fit. The 100 Series bolt diameter was too large for the bushings and I've since ordered the Ironman arms.

Just received my order. I wish I noticed this sooner. Thanks.

Dobinsons has a new product code now that says it's for the 100.

I need some advice on good options for adjustable rear control arms. I have a vibration under heavy acceleration, worse going uphill.
I installed OME863 springs last year and suspect my pinion angle is the culprit (and maybe worn out ujoints). My best measurement using a phone app is 0.9 degrees at the transfer case and 3.1 degrees at the axle. I've got 300k+ on it so a bushing refresh is in order anyway.

Questions:
1. Any opinions on the OEM rubber style bushings vs the johnny joints in the MT/SPC arms? Does anyone else make adjustable rear uppers with rubber?
2. Has anyone installed these dobinsons ones?
3. Can I get the ~2 degrees by just getting the adjustable uppers? Or should I get adjustable lowers too?

I have these Ironman arms installed now. Super beefy and $100 less than what I paid last Summer. Honestly, after dialing mine in.. I could've just as easily pressed new bushings in my old ones and shortened them by about one chop saw blade width and been perfect. If you're handy and that's an option -I'd do it. I had some time constraints with work at the time.

If you swap Ujoints- I'd go OEM and plan on a balance afterwards either way. That vibration is a whole other can of frustrating worms.
