I have seen many that has ARB bumper asked to find where to source the Turn, Running, Brake lights because either the housing or the cover is busted. I tried searching and looking but didn't have any luck. Therefor I decided to put something similar from other company on there. Dobinsons rear bumper lights looked like what I wanted, has all the same functions, in addition, the reverse lights. Since the LC200 has swing outs and accessories, original lights are covered, that is why I love to have another set of reverse lights. It's great on pricing, $110 a set for both side.

This upgrade would work for many different trucks that share the same rear bumper light designs, I know 80, 100, and 200 series LC has the same one.

They are a little bit smaller and thinner, won't fill the cut out on the swing out perfect.

Part # from Dobinsons: MCCLGHTKT

This is my first time writing an instruction like post, any suggestion is welcomed.

First is the finished product (Turn, Brake&Running, Reverse) look like:

1. Take off 4x 10mm bolts that has a 10mm nut in the back, you might need a small 10mm wrench in the back

2. Depending on how you wired your lights, I decided to cut closer to the lights ( since mine is busted and I am not reusing it for any other purpose)

3. Use a phillip head to remove lenses and the rubber seal, 2 per lights

4. small drill bit to drill thru the rivet to remove the housing from the ARB light bracket.

5. Get your Dobinsons lights and put them on the bracket, line it as center as you can, mark & drill 2 holes in the center

Note this is for passenger side, I choose to remain ARB's way where turn & reverse lights is on the right and brake & running is on the left side (driver side would be reversed)

6. Get some bolts washers and nuts from store or your random parts bin, align and tight them up.

Note: To avoid fitment issue, 2 bolts in center need to be at similar length to the Dobinsons bolts that are on the lights.

7. Back to your truck, reconnect all the wire back together.

7.5 I added an extra wire from my reverse light during the process, if you wish to have reverse function, you need to have this step

Note: On the Dobinsons lights

White Light:

Brown- Turn
White- Reverse
Black- Ground

Red Light:
Brown- Running
White- Brake
Black- Ground

8. Bolt the housing back onto the bumper, replace the bolts and nuts if needed, mine is rusted so i did. Then close the swing out to make sure it sits in the center of the cut outs. Adjust if needed.

9. Clean up the wiring with some zip ties and tapes.

Then it's the end of the little upgrade! From bulbs to LEDs..

Great idea. This is the route I’m going to take. These lights suck. Unfortunately I think I’m gonna have to remove the entire bumper to get to the drivers side light since it has the fixed plate.
