Do the 18" Heritage rims need special lug nuts?

I think you are mistaken.

Here are the lug nuts that Toyota use on the 2021 Heritage edition cruisers:

I ordered 20 of them to replace the chrome lug nuts on my OEM wheels, and they are the exact same size - totally interchangeable.

So... If the 2021 LC200 that @siberian has incoming has the stock alloy wheels, then the stock lug nuts should work with the Heritage edition wheels he also has incoming.

Toyota dealers sell these black lug nuts for around US$17 (plus shipping) each:

But the same lug nuts are available on Amazon for about US$25 for 5 of them:

PT076-0C200-02 on Amazon

I'm glad to be proven wrong, and would welcome anyone else who has direct experience with these lug nuts, to confirm for @siberian that his stock lug nuts will work.

When I search this part number (PT076-0C200-02) its saying that the quantity is 5. So $17.00 for 5 lugs nuts, or ~$15 with Toyota's current 15% off sale.
That's far cheaper than Amazon

Good find!

I have corrected my posts to reflect competitive pricing options.

They pop up used from time to time, but probably nowhere near you. Also check the Tundra TRD Pro unless you have to have bronze. The black are much more common.

If you do go for the black wheels there’s three different versions.

  • PT960-34190-02 - Gloss/Semi Gloss Black with PRO and BBS-Forged Embossed in Brushed Aluminum
  • PT960-34200-02 - Matte Black With TRD and BBS-Forged Embossed in All Black
  • PT960-34190-F2 - Matte Black With PRO and BSS-Forged Embossed in Brushed Aluminum
These wheels do not include the center cap.

There are three interchangeable choices for the center caps. Here are those part numbers and their descriptions as well:

  • PT280-34190-02 - Gloss/Semi Gloss Black with a red ring
  • PT280-34200-02 - Matte Black with a black ring
  • PT280-34190-F2 - Matte Black with a red ring

Tons of NEW OEM sets on eBay.

They aren’t cheap, but they are there

Geesh, maybe just get some Tundra / Sequoia wheels for winter work. The black base 18's look pretty stout.

Actually the roads are much better i winter than summer as all the gravel and pot holes are nicely covered.

So those wonderful folks don't ship to AK. Have added them to my growing list of places we should embargo our oil, fish etc. But did locate another place that for an extra $100 will ship. Confirming with them

At $2100 per wheel?

I am seeing a set of 4 TRD pro wheels going for ~$2000 used in good condition not including shipping. That's still a bit more than I would pay though.

There was a local set of heritage wheels with tires that was listed for $3000. Sold pretty quick.

Remember…. The Bronze HE wheels won’t say “Pro” on them

So if you’re looking to compete at your local cars and coffee, you won’t reach “pro” tier unless you get the Non HE ones

OK so hopefully, this finalizes the rim purchase. A lot more than I wanted to pay but given the accumulated CapitalOne points I had it wasn't bad at all and included free shipping for four rims.

On another front, UPS lost my Denso TPMS so will have to file for that as of the 9th and hopefully buy Monday the transport folks will give me a heads up that the car was picked up and when it will be here. The initial rims were shipped back today, so will get a refund from that.

Thank you all for your help!

$4200!!!!!! You do you man!

No it's for a set of FOUR as clearly stated

Genuine Toyota Tundra & Sequoia TRD PRO 18" BBS Forged Wheel/Rim PT960-34190-02 (4)

See the number in brackets. And...

Yes, the Genuine Toyota Tundra & Sequoia TRD PRO 18" BBS Forged Wheel/Rim comes as a set of four rims. The product title specifies "(4)," confirming you're getting a complete set for all four wheels.

These are genuine OEM Toyota parts, specifically designed for 2019+ Tundra TRD PRO and 2020+ Sequoia TRD PRO models, though they're compatible with earlier Tundras (2007+) and Sequoias (2008+).
