Bare with me Im a newb:doh:

I am the second owner of an immaculate 80.

I was wondering if I can get the mantenence history on my vehicle from the dealerships?:hhmm:

The PO's were rich old people. The vehicle has a toyota oil filter. So I am assuming all maintenance was done by a dealership. I know what dealership it was purchased from because it says so on the owners manual.

Is there a way for a second owner to get a hold of this info?

Any input is appreciated. I would call the dealership but I'm a long way from home.

Just go to the dealer and ask. I have had dealers print off every record they had for my VIN.

Not sure if one dealer can print records from another though.

They should at that dealership, not sure if other dealerships can access it though. It's all run off of your VIN#

Take it in and find out:meh:

The Toyota dealer network does NOT share maintenance records but they can provide records on warranty repairs. You would need to speak to the dealer that did the maintenance to get any records.

On the hand Lexus owners can get all service records from any Lexus dealer.
