Interesting to see in both "after shots" with the light bar on, you can literally see the point in the road/parking lot where the LED lightbar light pattern starts (on the ground, about 15 feet from the front of my vehicle).

Very impressive output. Looks like they have come out with a new 2.0 release of your light. New Black Oak LED Pro Series 2.0 - 40 Inch Single Row: Led Light Bar - Combo, Spot, or Flood Optics (120w,200w)

They have choices of spot, flood and combo. I'm not sure if the combo (flood on sides) would throw light on the hood unlike the spot, probably would. I'll go with the new 5W Osram bulbs. Thanks again for sourcing another round of brackets. Can't wait to get.

So what is the wisdom on curved vs straight on the light bar? Any wind noise or visibility benefit to curved?

Warmed up enough today to try alignment and there must be variances in the years. I have a ‘14 and had to open up both sets of holes to 1/4”. Couldn’t get them to align still so opened up the rear hole in the bracket to 5/16” and the spread is still off. Don’t want to enlarge the hole anymore due to the potential for up and down play once attached. Any thoughts on the best way to slot the rear hole to get the needed spread besides a hand file?
