Now that I am going to join the directional tire club(Pro Comp Xterrains), what about the spare?
If you buy only directional spare or carry only one directional spare, what side do you chose to make the spare as defult direction?
Which side gets more flats, the pass or driver side?
If you chose the pass side as defult (as its closer to the curb and thats where the nails and glass is) what will happen if you put it on the driver side?
How about if the tread wears on the outside shoulder of the tire, can you rotate left to right, that is after you remove the tire from the rim and flip it?
If a tire had been going in one direction for more than 15,000 mi and you swap it to the other side you run the chance of tread seperation. Is this true for the directional tires?
As I won't be using an Xterrain as a spare I won't have to worry about what side to defult. But when I use my nondirectional spare, how will the vehicle drive.
What if you put all the directionals backwords, what will happen?
BOY, maybe I should of just got another set of mullet tires
