For towing = Sequioa, wider, better rear end for towing, load leveling. LC has good payload, but too small wheelbase, width to make the difference
For people moving = Sequioa, this is a no brainer
For moving a total of four = tie
For design = tie
For personal use = Land Cruiser
For payload = Land Cruiser for fully loaded, Seqiuoa for lower trim such as SR5
For off-roading = Land Cruiser (but ground clearance and angles really suck)
For tail gate sitting = Land Cruiser
For loading in the rain = Sequioa
For what would worry me more if it broke down in the wild = tie
For on-road comfort = tie, edge goes to Sequioa
For macho men = Sequioa
For women = Land Cruiser (Taylor Swift included)

My family, including extended, owns six Land Cruisers and only one Sequoia.
The new Sequoia is hands down one of the ugliest vehicles on the road and its way beyond behemoth big. Design is worst I've seen from Toyota - can you say GIANT Dodge Durango. Just a stupid and needless product from Toyota. It literally fills up an entire land on the freeway - off roading... yeah, right. Would not be caught dead in one again and I owned a 2001 (a far better looking and useful version than the current generation).
Have you seen the newest model? Apparently Dodge didn't want to be outdone in the ugly department.
Well much can't be said about the 200 series. It must be the most boring/yawner looking $75k vehicle in history.

Canyon...LOL again. I remember when I got a Tundra for a week, chicks were drooling over me.
A girl asked my buddy once "does his wife wear the pants?" when he showed up in his Land Cruiser. She then turned to me and the Tundra and took her top off, I took her to the Canyon after that.
Bingo! AND if you're resourceful you can cut them open and install cargo space or a stove or something even cooler. Like a fridge.
