Did I screw this up?

The ridge didn't fit around the outside of the ring for me. Like I said, we thought about it and the above was correct about towards the felt, least the way we figured. This provided a better seal (the way we thought about it). We didn't know for sure and the FSM does not specify.

Hmmm, now that you mention it Ken, maybe you're right. I remember that when we mocked it up it became obvious to me. I'll delete my post above, since I'm not sure...
