Lots of Qs from me today! I have the intake off and able to really see everything, and realizing i need to replace a lot of these hoses, maybe all of them. Having a hard time finding a definitive list or diagram though. I came across this post from a couple of years ago, but some of the part numbers aren't valid any more. Does anyone know where I could find the part numbers? Specifically looking to replace all the hoses in the crossover/bypass, and the heater hoses in and out of the tees in back. I even tried calling the dealership but they weren't much help, seems like this should be easier than it is!

PartSouq Auto Parts Around the World Enter your VIN and everything is on there in the diagrams.

That's the second time PartSouq was recommended to me today, guess i need to try them out. I'm under the gun getting this job done before i take the truck on a trip, so i may just use their parts diagrams this time around. Sounds like a great resource

I need to replace all of the underhood vacuum hoses.

I talked to Wits' End, Solutions for Problems You Didn't Know You Had about packaging up a kit of vacuum hoses like he does other hoses. I think he may be working on it.

That sounds great, I have the say the vacuum hoses are far worse off than the coolant. Most I can tackle with generic straight walled tubing but there are a few that are specialized moulded parts.

I spent a solid couple of hours compiling a list of all coolant hoses in partsouq last night, I'll post it later for posterity

Unless you can find the parts (across the counter) at a dealership, you'd likely get them from PartsSouq faster than if you order Stateside especially with the USPS being extra slow right now. I know it sounds crazy (parts shipped from the Middle East) but they ship fast and they get here fast (most of mine in about 3 days).

So there's another "coolant hoses - the complete list" on Mud that's really helpful, but I personally found that some of the part numbers didn't map to anything, and my counts for how many were needed certain hoses came up differently, found some additional ones, etc. So this is the list I compiled in case anyone searches this again. Note that the names for most of these vary by vendor, so take the descriptions with a grain of salt. I can't promise this is all of them, and I think some may actually carry oil to the coolers (I haven't gone out there to track them all back), but this should be pretty close to all be clamped, rubber hoses involved in the engine cooling, front and rear heater cores, and the trans and oil coiling systems.

After all this work I'm not sure I'm going to replace them all, once I added up the cost the hoses I have seemed to look pretty darn okay as they are - wish there were a foolproof way of knowing if a hose was on its way out without showing any external signs of cracking, bulging, etc. Who knows, maybe if they don't show those things they're good to go. Mine are likely 20 years old with 285K on them, but even that's an unknown. 🤷‍♂️

Anyway, here's my version of the list, with PartSouq price as of today. Should note that their prices are almost exactly 40% below some of the best online dealer prices I could find:

A few years ago I combined a few of these lists from several posts here on mud when it was time for my TB service. My friend who did the TB job for me said the only hose he said I missed was the throttle body coolent hose or two, he picked those up for me. Fast forward I saw a post here on mud saying there are 2 more hoses under the 100 that are parallel to each other that you can see if you look up when you lube your front zerks. Last year when I had my coolant flushed I had those 2 hoses replaced too.

+1 -- Usually if I submit an order with them over the weekend, I have it by the following Friday.

A few months ago I replaced every coolant, EVAP/vacuum, fuel, and brake hose that exists on my 100. I will add to your list later, assuming I don’t forget between now and tonight.

There are actually 4! Two behind the DS cat converter heat shield and 2 under the DS backseat floorboard.

Well I guess I have 2 more to change next year (flushed it in 2017 and 2019 so far). Are they the same part number? Is everyone here changing their Toyota Red coolant every 2 years like I am or should I extend it to 3? I drive my 100 about 5-6k a year.

Their part number is different than the two you replaced, but the two hoses left to replace are the same part number...if that makes sense 🤪

Service interval for coolant is contingent on the model year of your 100 and type of coolant you use. For my 2000, service interval is 30k miles, but this can be extended if using Toyota LLC. If you’re using Zerex Asian coolant or similar, I’d def replace at 30k miles or 3 years regardless of what your model year’s manual says.

Working on it. Just got a lot of crap going on right now. But I’ll get back on it.

I believe those are 87245-6A090, the curved ones in the image below. Then the other two mentioned are a bit further up, just a little harder to get to
