Desmog help

Hey I'm going to be doing a desmog on my 83 fj60 in the next week or so and was looking for the information from a FSM. does anyone have a PFD file they can post because I am having trouble finding a FSM and don't wont to spend the 200 dollars on the ones I have found. all I really need to know is which hoses to remove and what needs to be plugged.

all three FSM's can be had for right around $100 through teh toyota material dist center.
