Iāve been contemplating using the clear acrylic quad headlight covers they make for the Australian market and was able to source a set. I think they look great but will see how they perform over the next couple of days

Got a part number for those covers? Assuming they will work on USDM headlights non-quad lights?Iāve been contemplating using the clear acrylic quad headlight covers they make for the Australian market and was able to source a set. Okay thank you. With replacement headlights becoming more and more expensive I would like something to protect that investment. They only work on the quads and the part number is 0881460010C
You canāt get them shipped out of Australia. I have a friend who has them and can connect you. He charges $200 for them
Hereās a link if you have someone in Australia to ship them to.
Pacific Northwest gets a lot of rain so felt this was the right time to make a more āperiod correctā switch. Decided to swap all the LEDās back to halogens at the same time as well.
I recently went half way back. Halogens in the headlights that are good but still yellow tint and āperiod correctā but kept the LASFIT LEDS for high beams. When I need a high beam itās nice to light up the whole area.I don't know why, but I got the same way with my LX. I did LED lighting in various places, but in the end, I went back to Halogen. You're doing great, it is so good to see it restored, not just modded, IMHO. "Period-correct" is the reason I don't want to get rid of my factory radio, even though several of the button lights are burned out (*sigh...). I appreciate you sharing your progress. It has been a pleasure to watch the subtle but well-executed changes take place.

Thatās a great combo / I really wish someone made a high lumens halogen color LED bulb. Feel like there is a market for those over the 6k blue bulbs!I recently went half way back. Itās working well for me.
this build is great! post some videos, if you can, would love to hear the engine / exhaust combo!
Would you please share the p/n's for the holley lights? Looks greatDecided to swap out the headlights for the Holley Retrobrite set in 3000k. I had the Dapper headlights fog up pretty consistently and even after sending them back to be resealed. Pacific Northwest gets a lot of rain so felt this was the right time to make a more āperiod correctā switch. Decided to swap all the LEDās back to halogens at the same time as well.
