I think anyone who has had a Toyota for any length of time might have strayed to aftermarket but eventually realizes that there is definitely a difference in quality. I see it all the time with customers. It's unfortunate that we're forced through discontinuation to be left with only aftermarket choices in many cases.
On a side note Onur,....
Since I've been building the FJ40 Grill Guard for 26 years do I qualify as an honorary OEM manufacturer? Maybe Toyota can hook me up with a "Junior
Toyota Manufacturer " wall plaque of something.. ....I mean 26 yrs...., over 1200 grill guards specifically for the 40....that does represent nearly half my life....just sayin' Mr Toyota..how about a phone call

Wish I had some control over that Dave. I'm just a parts guy with no influence at all at the corporate level.

:(

That said, I do appreciate all of things you have done for the Land Cruiser community over the course of your career sir and look forward to all of your continued contributions.

2. 3/1/16 from SOR. I purchased used oem ac lines so I can replace the engine bay ac components the PO said was stolen. I went oem because I'm not smart enough to fabricate new lines.
