Demister (1 Viewer)

Hi all my front demister is not getting any air. When the control dial is on the face setting and you go 1 click (clockwise) 2clicks I can see the electric dial on the vent box moving but 3rd click and 4th click which is full windscreen the electric dial doesn't move any ideas

probably a blend door / servo motor issue. I dont know how many of those a 100 has, i believe its at least 2
