Early this year we decided to take it to Rubithon (which is in two weeks now). We have finished the set up i.e. lockers and full armor. Last month it was side swiped while parked on the street and after some tests, it shows rear axle was bent and off by .05" so we went ahead and sourced a used axle housing and replaced it, hence, we pulled our registration out from Rubithon, so only the 80 and 60 are supposed to go.
So, now, we decided to take her (again), we have the Slee kit with the diff drop (waiting to be intalled and hope to make it in time). So we are deciding if we go 35/12.5/18 and get aftermarket rim that will fit these rims, or stick with stock rims and get 295/75/18 which is the closest I can get to 35". Just concerned on fitment and how bad are the rubbing issues.
I know eyebrows are raised when we talk about Hundy going to the con and we are aware of sheet metal damages. Lol. We are not rich and we don't have a lot of money, we're just stupid enough and just want to have fun. Lol.
Apologies for the newb questions about the hundy, I lurk on the 80 section more often.
I am going through that thread on here "show off your beast on 35's".
I apologize for the misdirecting of your thread, but how much do you want for all 3 AHC height sensors? You can PM me if you don't want to post publicly.
As for your 35" question I cannot help other than the same suggestion to read the "show off your 100 on 35" thread.
Take a look at the "100 series photo thread" at the top of the forum page.
On page 416 about 5,6 messages / images down you'll member PcCruiser and his lx470.
He did the Ahc delete and added a 2.5 icon lift with 34.5 tires AND after market rims with +20 et offset (I think).
That will probably give you the best idea of what your working with. He would be a good source of info as he is one of the founders of Red Dirt Off-road.
She is currently sitting at 285/76/18 and most likely go with the 295/70/18. They are the new BFG AT's and are for sale. I posted on the classifieds selling them with the rims, decided to keep the rims and just sell the tires. Under 6k miles one them and a brand new matching spare tire as well.
I have 295/70/18's cooper discover SST on the stock AHC suspension and love them. I get 0 rubbing and have fully articulated the suspension. They are as big as you can go without rubbing from what I can tell.

I stand corrected, yes, they are 285/65R18's. Looking at the 285/75R18's and local shops here won't have them on their shelve in 14 days (shipped from east side), so that puts us in a bind. Rubithon is in 12days. 295's or 305's are the only options.
Thank you for correcting... No intentions of misleading.
Here is the rear axle that we took off after the hit and run incident. Driver of the vehicle left the car a block away, and was apprehended two three later, it was rental car.
When we took it to the alignment shop after replacing the parts we thought was damaged, it appeared to be off by .5degreee (the driver side).
So, the front end was finished, rear will be completed by tonight, BUT, the Hundy will not be joining the Rubithon.
I've mentioned previously that we pulled out our registration because it was involved in a rear end mishap. So we put our 60 in replacement of the Hundy.
Now that we tried to register her back in, the wagon run was full. No Hundy in the Con this time!
I have an 06 I just did this on look for the thread I made on the very subject. 35s on a 2.5hd lift will rub a lot. Spend the money on the high end slee desert shocks you will be happy every time you drive it.
