Vintage Toyota Video

Thought it would be interesting to post up vintage land cruiser pics. Let's see what all we can find. We'll start with this 1953 BJ and go from there.

Here's an old Malaysian ad for TLC:

And a good FJ40 ad:

You guys have a great time on Saturday. I am attending a family reception for a couple of newly weds up in North Florida over the weekend so I cannot attend.

Someone would PM me the address I might make a stop to shoot the breeze and be generally in the way.

I'll be there shortly after 9am.
No food for me, I'll be headed over to UCF to eat lunch with and visit my son around noon.
Steve

Great guys, looking forward to meeting/seeing you. I'll be there around 845-900.

You may see me mid-morning. I am finally getting to my front diff. Tonight I pulled the axles out but ran into two problems. Passenger knuckle seal needs to be replaced and after unbolting the front driveshaft I cannot get it to release from the clamshell. I will get up early and bang on it some more. I was hoping to do the regearing of the clamshell on Louis's metal bench with his dial guages while you guys work on your 80s.

Rear seal on tcase isn't too bad...you can separate rear half of t case and leave everything else mounted up...I think there's a thread on it in 80 section

I was wondering what that smell was...
